Making a difference through education.
A holiday to Africa in July 2016 became a turning point for the Scanlon family when we stayed at the School of St Jude in Tanzania. Here they educate, feed and empower the brightest but poorest of children.
We are excited to invite you to meet Gemma, founder of the School of St Jude, to hear about how, with a lot of determination, courage and perseverance dreams can come true.
Join us at 7.30am on Tuesday 14th March at Merewether Surf House if you would like to:
- be educated and inspired by a true leader
- hear the story of how a girl from a remote sheep farm has transformed the lives of thousands of people
- meet a graduate from the school and hear how her life and that of her family changed forever by the generosity of others.
To secure your place at this event simply email email@example.com and forward $35.00 (for a hot breakfast) to the following account by 2nd March.
St Jude’s Breakfast Account
If you choose, donations can be made to the School of St Jude so they can continue making a difference through education.
Partners and friends are most welcome.
Dress code: Work ready – from steel cap boots to suits.
For those who cannot make the Breakfast - Gemma will also be speaking at Toronto Workers Club from 7pm on Tuesday 14 March.
