As Chairman of the Hunter Manning Group of Surveyors, Mark Scanlon presented awards at the University of Newcastle Annual Dinner of the Discipline of Civil, Surveying and Environmental Engineering held on Friday 7th October 2016.
Pictured is Mark Scanlon with Narelle Underwood at the dinner. Narelle commenced her role as the NSW Surveyor General on 4th October 2016. She is NSW’s 25th Surveyor General since Augustus Alt was appointed to the position in 1787 after his arrival with the First Fleet. Narelle is the first female Surveyor General in Australia.
